We endeavour to dispatch your order as quick as possible. Please allow additional time for your order to be shipped during our sale periods. Your order will be dispatched in approx. 1-4 business days, as each order is custom made by our florists. Due to influx of custom orders, dispatch times can vary, so we appreciate your patience. 

Once dispatched you will receive tracking details to your preferred contact of choice. To track your purchase with our carrier Shippit, click here and enter your tracking number. Please refer to your tracking for accurate delivery information and times. 

We ship from Melbourne, Victoria. We dispatch orders from Monday - Thursday, excluding public holidays. 

Please contact us if your order is urgent and we will endeavour to get this to you as soon as possible. 

 We do not ship to P.O boxes.
