Everbloome knows these times are hard and you may be wondering about your order.
Rest assured, our team are working hard to fulfil and dispatch orders as fast as possible given the current climate in Melbourne Stage 4 restrictions and you will receive a text and email when your order is on its way for delivery.
From 6pm on August 2nd, Melbourne metro was required to enter Stage 4 restrictions to slow the spread of coronavirus by reducing the number of people leaving their homes and moving around Victoria.
The everbloome HQ is located in the heart of Melbourne and this means we are required to follow strict guidelines directed by Daniel Andrews to keep our community safe.
Our online fulfilment centre is working scattered shifts to abide by sizing restrictions, all office-based staff are working remotely and although the everbloome team would love to dispatch your orders as soon as possible, the restrictions make this very difficult.
Further to this, last Sunday Daniel Andrews extended Stage 4 and unfortunately we were hit with another set back.
Rest assured, we’re following stringent safety measures at everbloome HQ, meticulously preparing each order with good vibes and greater caution, while also making sure our team fulfil and dispatch orders as fast as possible.
